Melissa is a self-taught artist. Melissa is a strong willed individual with a clear vision of  what she wants to create or express. Yet she is gentle and a caring person that enjoys a company of her friends and family. Melissa's passion to help people prompted her to begin to express her emotions through art, which she had donated to fund raisers to help those in need. Melissa is described by her family and friends as a "fountain of ingenuity".
